HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING TO THE EUROPEAN MAINLAND COST?

 

There are different cost based on countries and the value of the bike, during the booking process you can see the right cost of your bike.

IS THE WARRANTY AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED BY FREE MOTION?

Free Motion only has a warranty as a dealer, so you need to register your new bike on the manufacturer's website to activate your warranty.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE FEES ABROAD

The Canary Islands belong to a special tax zone. Therefore, you may have to pay customs fees when shipping to the mainland and other EU countries.

 

HOW DO THE USED BIKES FOR SALE LOOK?

After every rental period, all the bikes in our workshop are inspected and tested. The bikes are only in our rental fleet for one year and then put up for sale (some haven't even been used for five months). The bikes are completely serviced and checked before they are sold. Also, the bikes are equipped with new grips, handlebar tape, saddles and tires – you can hardly tell the difference compared with new bikes!

 

DO THE USED BIKES HAVE A WARRANTY?

Yes, but only if you register your new bike on the manufacturer's website.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY ON FREE MOTION USED BIKES?

- Cannondale: lifetime warranty on the frame and six months on components.

- Specialized: 2-year warranty on the frame and six months on components.

- BH: lifetime warranty on the frame and six months on components.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO SOLVE A PROBLEM WITH MY BIKE? WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

ARE WATER BOTTLES, ETC. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

No. Water bottles, pedals and speedometers are not included in the price. We do sell such parts though.
