This advanced design works in conjunction with the customized front and rear suspension, offering a 20 mm increase in front suspension travel and a 10 mm increase in rear suspension travel compared to the original Epic. The meticulous engineering also increases anti-squat characteristics, improving pedalling efficiency and snappy acceleration.
The RockShox SiD fork, X-Fusion Manic dropper (with its shifter-style remote lever for adjustable travel), and SRAM G2 RS 4-piston caliper brakes provide plenty of control and composure on descents.
